Regional Account Director – Automotive Digital Marketing

The Regional Account Director – Automotive Digital Marketing role is remote and field-based, supporting dealerships across Southern California, with the ideal candidate in the Los Angeles or San Diego markets or nearby. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus opportunities, with on-target earnings up to $190,000. Team Velocity develops marketing automation and retailing technology for automotive dealerships. The director advises dealership leaders, develops data-driven marketing strategies, and uses performance analysis to improve sales, service revenue, customer retention, and marketing return on investment. The role also coordinates campaign implementation with internal teams and builds client relationships that support retention and account growth.

What you'll do

• Advise automotive dealership clients
• develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• analyze traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, and sales attribution
• present results and recommendations
• identify campaign, website, and lead improvements
• launch products and strategies with new clients
• build client relationships
• coordinate campaign execution with internal teams
• conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed
• travel throughout the assigned territory and occasionally nationally.
