What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including ASAM forms
• provide routine nursing care
• identify treatment needs and contribute to measurable treatment plans
• complete nursing documentation
• review medication logs and assist the medical department
• administer medications as directed and provide medication education
• coordinate progress updates and post-discharge planning with patients, families, and referral sources
• use clinical judgment for risk assessments and de-escalation
• build rapport and trust with patients.
