What you'll do

• Manage air export and/or import shipments from booking through final delivery and billing
• coordinate bookings, airline capacity, trucking, cargo recovery, and follow-up
• prepare and process air freight documentation
• apply AES and TSA requirements
• communicate shipment status
• resolve delays and documentation discrepancies
• maintain shipment records and complete billing.
