Machine Operator — Second Shift

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. The second-shift hours are 3 p.m.–11 p.m. at Pures Food Specialties LLC, a food-specialties manufacturer. The operator runs and monitors production equipment, follows recipes and food-safety procedures, and documents production information. The role supports continuous production while maintaining product quality, a clean work area, and safe operating practices.

What you'll do

• Operate mixers, timers, batch recipe systems, digital scales, and other assigned equipment. Follow recipes, specifications, food-safety and quality requirements, and FIFO procedures. Document lot numbers and production information
• monitor upstream and downstream equipment

• report food-safety, quality, equipment, or safety concerns.
