What you'll do

• Supervise cooling tower field erection
• interface with clients
• plan construction procedures and staffing
• manage materials, daily reports, and time reports
• conduct safety orientations and meetings
• inspect work against specifications
• recruit, train, hire, and supervise craft employees
• monitor subcontractors
• coordinate with management, engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers
• close out jobs and obtain client approval.
