What you'll do

• Assist with meals, feeding, water, and nourishment
• provide personal hygiene and bathroom assistance
• help residents ambulate, turn, and reposition
• check vital signs and weight and record intake and output
• respond to call lights and requests
• report observations to the nursing supervisor
• complete care documentation
• protect resident privacy and follow HIPAA and applicable standards.
