Guest assistance, ticketing, merchandise upkeep, cleanliness, and event support help the zoo serve visitors and maintain its operating areas.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• help manage crowds and lines
• handle tickets and cash depending on location
• maintain assigned zones and cleanliness
• complete operational and maintenance tasks
• assist with inventory, receiving, stocking, and merchandise displays
• support special events with setup, guest assistance, and breakdown
• maintain current knowledge of guest-facing products and information
• follow operating, cash-handling, pricing, and loss-prevention procedures.
