Lead Stretch Practitioner

The Lead Stretch Practitioner role is onsite in Westborough, MA. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. The practitioner supports Stretch Zone’s studio members through assisted stretching and customer service. The role delivers stretching sessions to studio standards while helping maintain member satisfaction and retention. It also develops practitioner staff and works with studio and regional leaders to support studio operations and growth.

What you'll do

• Provide assisted stretching using Stretch Zone techniques
• train and develop practitioners
• partner with the Lead Sales Associate and Regional Manager
• support lead generation through events
• contribute to client retention and member satisfaction
• maintain a daily studio presence and ensure proper stretch protocols.
