What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel
• plan and assign daily maintenance work
• direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
• maintain CMMS records
• monitor maintenance KPIs and lead root-cause failure analysis
• promote safety and compliance
• support capital projects and contractors
• and assist with maintenance budgets and expenditures.
