Description

Reviews patient orders making sure that appropriate studies are ordered and performed in accordance with insurance specifications and diagnosis. Responds to inquiries regarding CT scans, procedures, and processes. Prepares patient for intravenous contrast by inserting IV catheter. Positions, transfers and provides immobilization to patients as required.
