What you'll do

• Provide general orientation to new employees
• conduct clinical competency training and evaluation of nursing staff
• coordinate guest educators for programs such as IVs and respiratory care
• implement Certified Nursing Assistant education programs according to the education calendar
• provide in-service education as needed.
