What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Obtain and record vital signs.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Support food preparation and dining.
• Document resident interactions and changes in condition.
• Maintain infection prevention and control policies.
