Community Association Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned associations
• prepare and lead board, membership, and committee meetings
• advise boards on operations and compliance
• oversee inspections, maintenance, amenities, and common areas
• coordinate vendors and projects
• partner on budgets, financial reporting, assessments, and reserve planning
• monitor expenses and variances
• evaluate proposals and manage vendor performance
• support enforcement of governing documents and resolution of homeowner concerns
• maintain association records
• collaborate with internal teams.
