What you'll do

• Advise stakeholders on U.S. export regulations, especially EAR
• manage export control policies and operations
• lead and mentor team members
• conduct risk assessments
• classify products, technology, and software under EAR and ITAR and assign ECCNs
• assess encryption and licensing requirements
• verify end use and end users
• review software and technical documentation
• prepare license applications and related filings
• represent the company before agencies
• maintain records and conduct audits
• monitor and communicate regulatory updates.
