What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling and workflow
• provide onsite leadership, coaching and performance support for technicians
• manage client intake, assessment scheduling and service coordination
• maintain client schedules and master schedule templates
• conduct weekly CentralReach audits
• manage inventory, budget tracking and expenses
• lead quarterly team meetings
• serve as liaison with the Director of Operations
• oversee recruitment, onboarding, credentialing timelines and new-hire readiness
• deliver weekly business reports
• maintain cleanliness, safety protocols and building upkeep.
