What you'll do

• Process internal and external referrals for medical, pediatric, OB-GYN, dental, and behavioral health practices
• coordinate appointments, tests, procedures, and referrals
• verify pre-authorizations
• maintain confidential and accurate electronic records
• provide information about community health services
• maintain the specialist referral network
• assist with outreach events when requested.
