Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance
• handle employee relations, investigations, progressive discipline, and coaching
• administer performance management
• coordinate training and development
• manage recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• maintain compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• conduct exit interviews and analyze retention data.
