What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, with opportunities to service commercial equipment
• identify mechanical, electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and control-related root causes
• service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems
• perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs
• verify performance
• document work in ServiceTitan
• communicate findings and repair options
• coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and leadership
• follow safe work practices.
