What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, mentor, observe, evaluate, and train teachers and assistants
• support hiring, onboarding, staff schedules, ratios, and coverage
• oversee weekly STEM lesson plans and alignment with Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards
• review classroom projects, experiments, and materials
• communicate with families and support tours, orientations, and conferences
• participate in school events and community partnerships
• maintain regulatory compliance, attendance records, documentation, health, and safety standards
• and use Procare or Brightwheel for communication and tracking.
