What you'll do

• Identify, attract, and hire staff
• support staff growth and retention through training, coaching, and daily guidance
• ensure compliance with Texas HHSC Child Care Regulation standards, laws, regulations, and company policies
• oversee scheduling, budgets, records, safety, and administration
• support enrollment, parent communication, customer service, and school tours
• identify operational improvements and lead company initiatives.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of documented leadership or management experience and two years as the designated director of record for a licensed childcare center with capacity or enrollment of at least 200 students. Must be verifiable as a qualified/designated director on the Texas HHSC registry and meet state director requirements. Listed hours may be 6:30–3:30, 8:30–5:30, or 9:30–6:30.
