Recovery Alumni Coordinator

Job overview

The Recovery Alumni Coordinator role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with compensation of $21–$27 per hour. Avenues Recovery operates drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers offering multiple levels of care, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. What you'll do

• Manage alumni program follow-up, resources, and programming
• engage alumni through calls, meetings, and events
• conduct follow-up calls according to the established timeline
• maintain accurate Salesforce reporting
• connect alumni with clinical support and resources in collaboration with the Clinical Director
• oversee alumni social media pages and maintain activity and engagement.
