What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation, based on individual needs
• support skill development in money management, household chores, self-advocacy, and communication
• implement person-centered support plan goals and document progress
• monitor health and well-being while following safety protocols
• promote dignity, social interaction, and community inclusion
• transport individuals in a motor vehicle.
