What you'll do

• Check manifests and guest wristbands
• meet and greet passengers
• escort guests to the entrance and appropriate shuttles
• assist with boarding as needed
• explain restrictions, services, schedules, and costs
• notify dispatch when guests are ready for pickup
• communicate with dispatch and loaders
• confirm destinations with drivers
• and maintain kiosk cleanliness and equipment accountability.
