Operations Manager — Plastic Surgery Practice

The Operations Manager — Plastic Surgery Practice role is onsite in Miami, FL. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 per year. The manager leads day-to-day operations at Puyana Plastic Surgery, including the non-operating-room practice team and coordination with the operating room manager when needed.

What you'll do

• Lead the non-OR practice team
• oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, communications, and patient experience
• set expectations and manage performance
• ensure timely handling of patient inquiries and follow-ups
• monitor patient coordinator leads, consultations, quotes, bookings, cancellations, and conversion performance
• step in as a patient or surgical coordinator when needed
• monitor KPIs
• maintain policies and workflows
• resolve escalated issues
• and coordinate with the OR Manager when needed.

Why this role

Three or more years of medical practice management, healthcare operations, or comparable leadership experience is preferred. Plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or elective healthcare experience is strongly preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
