What you'll do

• Review, design, and seal civil engineering plans for water and wastewater projects
• lead design for distribution systems, wells, storage, and treatment facilities
• manage TCEQ submittals and permitting
• oversee projects through bidding, construction support, and closeout
• develop bid packages
• review contractor submissions
• serve as a client contact
• coordinate design resources
• and provide technical guidance or mentorship as appropriate.
