The Coiling Machine Operator / Setup role is onsite in Corry, PA. Starting pay is $21.42 per hour, with an opportunity for incentive pay and a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. The role joins the Associated Spring / AMFT manufacturing team. The operator sets up and runs coiling machines that produce springs and wire parts. The work supports production quality and efficiency through machine setup, adjustments, inspection, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate coiling machines
• read drawings, work instructions, and sample parts
• select and install tools and machine components
• adjust machine speeds and settings
• make and inspect sample parts and obtain supervisor approval
• measure finished parts during production
• troubleshoot machine and quality issues
• prepare sample springs for heat treatment when required
• assist other operators with proper procedures
• check materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
