The Tractor and Equipment Sales role is onsite in Hampton, Florida. Compensation is $30,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience. Crystal Tractor supports product lines including Kubota, Mahindra, CFMOTO, STIHL, Sany, Takeuchi, Gravely, and Land Pride. The salesperson helps customers select and purchase equipment by learning the product line, consulting with buyers, and following up with prospective and existing customers. The role also supports online sales, prepares quotes and transaction paperwork, and works toward dealership productivity goals.

What you'll do

• Complete product training and maintain knowledge of makes and models
• consult with customers about purchases
• establish sales goals and strategies
• prepare quotes, respond to email and voicemail, run credit applications, and process transaction paperwork
• support online customers
• follow up with leads and customers to close sales.
