What you'll do

• Manage electric submersible pump replacement, failure analysis, and improvement
• coordinate vendors and verify onsite work quality
• support mechanical failure and process-upset resolution
• monitor production facility performance
• coordinate with technical, engineering, maintenance, and operations personnel
• support capital projects and brine well workovers
• help ensure compliance with Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission regulations and process safety requirements.
