Sales Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Contact assigned inbound and outbound leads to promote financial advice and schedule appointments
• follow established processes, scripts, and operational standards
• update CRM tools, provide reporting, and follow up with advisors
• participate in best-practice sharing
• surface ideas to improve team performance, data handling, tools, and coordination with marketing.
