Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is an onsite, full-time position in Greenville, SC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Starting pay is $19–$25 per hour, based on experience, skills, and EPA certification. The role maintains the buildings, apartments, amenities, grounds, and common areas at Stoneledge Plantation Apartments. The technician inspects and repairs property features and prepares vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins. After training, the role participates in an on-call rotation, helping keep the community safe, functional, clean, and appealing to residents.

What you'll do

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and community features for safety and curb appeal
• perform maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances
• prepare vacant apartments for lease and new move-ins
• use tools and equipment safely
• interact effectively with residents and team members.
