What you'll do

• Support residents according to Person-Centered Support Plans
• promote choice, independence, dignity, rights, and self-advocacy
• assist with personal care, meals, household tasks, medication management, budgeting, and adaptive equipment
• support community activities
• document services accurately
• follow health and safety guidelines
• use approved de-escalation and positive support strategies.
