What you'll do

• Draft and finalize program milestone documentation in compliance with DoD and SECNAV 5000-series directives
• prepare acquisition plans, strategy reports, procurement initiation documents, statements of work, funding packages, CDRLs, and baseline agreements
• assess procedures and contractor documentation for compliance gaps and risks
• prepare executive briefs, technical papers, and NAVAIR correspondence
• represent the program in review boards, milestone conferences, and stakeholder working groups.
