What you'll do

• Process, trim, cut, portion, and package meat products
• operate slicers, grinders, bandsaws, and vacuum packaging machines
• inspect products
• follow production schedules
• weigh, label, and package products
• maintain sanitation
• follow HACCP, USDA, FDA, and company food-safety guidelines
• handle and store materials
• monitor temperatures
• rotate inventory using FIFO
• report equipment issues and hazards
• collaborate with production, warehouse, and customer service teams.
