What you'll do

• Own store operations, team, and performance
• lead and coach 8–15 employees across shifts
• cover any shift as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• perform frontline store duties such as register operation, stocking, upselling, and cleaning
• recruit, hire, and train employees
• manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• handle banking and cash deposits
• maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• control expenses and labor hours
• execute company programs and marketing initiatives
• step in to manage deli or QSR operations when needed.
