The NetSuite and EDI Systems Analyst role is hybrid in Round Rock, TX. Compensation is not specified. The first 90 days are fully in-office; afterward, the schedule is Tuesday–Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote. This newly created role owns key business systems and data processes across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. By maintaining reliable NetSuite reporting and EDI transactions, the analyst helps teams keep orders flowing accurately from customers to fulfillment and supports the company’s growth.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches, custom reports, and SuiteAnalytics dashboards
• serve as an internal contact for NetSuite questions and coordinate configuration requests with the IT Director and managed service provider
• govern master data for items, customers, vendors, pricing, and cross-references
• test and validate configuration changes
• manage EDI transactions and trading partner configurations through SPS Commerce
• coordinate partner onboarding and testing
• triage EDI issues including 850/855/856/810 transactions
• monitor EDI performance and data quality
• partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
• maintain process documentation, user guides, and runbooks.
