What you'll do

• Verify data and complete state forms
• disburse taxes and fees and submit forms to the state
• process new and pre-owned registrations and title transfers
• prepare title envelopes
• follow up on incoming titles
• reconcile tax, title, license payable, lien payoff, and inventory schedules
• maintain error logs
• process trade-in and floor-plan payoffs and rebates
• verify Finance and Insurance data
• attend weekly department meetings.
