What you'll do

• Use metrology to validate machined components
• run machines according to daily standard work
• check parts in company systems
• use machine-monitoring software
• set material stick-out
• move the turret manually and avoid crashes
• document abnormalities
• maintain a high-performance worksite using 5S principles
• verify inserts
• make offsets
• calculate parts per bar and set counters
• read prints
• maintain coolant concentration and lines
• perform machine maintenance and reset alarms
• replace high-pressure unit filters
• follow safety practices.
