What you'll do

• Install, inspect, and maintain rotating equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on rotating equipment.
• Adjust and align machinery and equipment.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• Set-up, prepare, and inspect the work site.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic physical and mechanical principles and craft math.
• Understand bearings, seals, compressors, pumps, cylinders, valve and pipe configurations, shaft packing, and drive systems.
• Follow guidelines and procedures for safe and reliable operation.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED. A minimum of 5 years of Rotating Equipment or related experience (machinist, millwright, pump mechanic).
