The Warehouse Team Lead — Shift A (Day) role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with 50-cent hourly increases at 90 days, one year, and annually thereafter for up to five years. The role supports PLA Supply Chain Services’ warehouse operations and production goals.

What you'll do

• Train and guide personnel
• inspect pallets for customer specifications
• enforce safety procedures
• direct work toward production goals
• prepare reports and maintain pallet inventory
• support shift transitions and work-area setup
• communicate with management and customers
• assist with employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, and other employment tasks
• and support recruiting, hiring, training, and retention.

Why this role
