What you'll do

• Enforce company, OSHA, and applicable procedures
• set daily production goals with the foreman
• understand contract scope and milestones
• communicate scope changes to the project manager
• purchase authorized materials
• complete safety, time, production, and invoice documentation
• support crew hiring and development
• address customer concerns
• perform labor and equipment operation when needed.
