What you'll do

• Support quality project completion on time and within budget
• review contract, design, subcontract, and project documents for conflicts, completeness, compliance, and constructability
• maintain document control and close-out records
• coordinate with the superintendent and staff on budget, schedule, safety, and quality
• maintain the master project schedule and provide progress reports
• lead or participate in RFP responses, site investigations, and preliminary design.
