What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health, educational, and environmental needs
• document assessments and care plans
• coordinate plans with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids
• notify physicians of changes using SBARR
• assist with resident care and call lights
• use QAPI to address problem areas
• maintain current nursing practices.
