Service Coordinator

The role exists to coordinate daily service operations, prioritize incoming requests, and connect customers with field technicians. By managing schedules, communications, records, and service resources, the coordinator helps technicians deliver responsive service across New England.

What you'll do

• Evaluate incoming service requests and prioritize emergency and scheduled work
• dispatch HVAC, plumbing, controls, and fire protection technicians based on customer needs, availability, location, and skills
• communicate with customers and provide updates
• coordinate technician schedules
• coordinate purchase orders, materials, and services
• maintain service records and work orders
• build relationships with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
