The Mission Planner Operations Subject Matter Expert role is onsite in Kula, HI, with compensation of $150,000–$190,000 per year. The role supports mission planning and optical surveillance operations, and employment is conditional upon successful execution of the client contract.

What you'll do

• Translate higher-headquarters directives and site tasking into executable mission plans
• coordinate space object identification, maneuvers, launches, cislunar missions, and special tasking
• monitor priorities, constraints, weather, and sensor status
• recommend recovery or reprioritization actions
• maintain mission logs and reports
• coordinate with operating crews, tacticians, maintenance personnel, and system administrators.
