Information Technology Systems Manager

What you'll do

• Administer organizational platforms and manage configurations, permissions, workflows, automations, and integrations
• assess systems and recommend improvements
• evaluate and onboard vendors
• implement software and train staff
• coordinate CRM development
• document processes and monitor performance
• coordinate IT support, devices, hardware, software, licenses, and renewals
• supervise developers
• lead technology projects
• support users, security controls, risk assessments, data protection, disaster recovery, and compliance.
