Director of Rural Health Services

What you'll do

• Lead rural health initiatives in Kent and Sussex Counties
• oversee development of the Dover Rural Health Hub and implementation of the Rural Recovery Ecosystem Initiative
• support integration across care and community services
• supervise assigned program and clinical leaders
• identify service gaps and strategies
• maintain stakeholder partnerships
• monitor outcomes, quality measures, grant requirements, and deliverables
• support staffing, budgets, and sustainability
• represent Impact Life in community settings.
