What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting
• supervise the home environment for safety
• help with meal planning, preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
• provide companionship and respite care
• assist with errands and shopping as specified in care plans
• escort clients to appointments and outings
• support communication
• report unsafe conditions
• monitor supplies and follow agency policies and care plans.
