What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion
• lead jobsite safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• maintain project schedules
• coordinate manpower, materials, deliveries, equipment, and logistics
• manage construction sequencing
• review drawings and specifications
• coordinate RFIs, field changes, and inspections
• conduct site walks
• lead subcontractor meetings
• monitor production and schedule risks
• manage punch lists, turnover, and closeout
• mentor assistant superintendents and field team members.
