Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Williamsport, PA, with starting pay of $11–$13 per hour. EmmUcare Home Health provides non-medical in-home support centered on clients’ needs and independence. The aide follows each client’s care plan to assist with daily living, household tasks, companionship, and safety. The work helps clients remain comfortable and supported in their homes while keeping the office team informed about changes in their needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• support toileting and incontinence care
• assist with mobility and transfers as directed
• prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry
• provide companionship and encouragement
• offer medication reminders according to the care plan
• report changes in client condition or needs
• document completed care and use electronic visit verification for timekeeping.
