What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• provide nutrition and lifestyle education to residents, families, staff, and the community
• apply research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols
• contribute to QAPI initiatives
• partner with food service management on resident satisfaction and service goals
• support staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
